We did study the work "The Direct Energy Conversion (DEC)" from Eddie Sines, we wrote a marketing strategy to help funding, we traveled to the USA in the state Virginia to visit his laboratory and his team. After a power-point presentation the inventor agreed to give his invention for all human on the world for a lowest price as possible, the deal was that humanity had the change to study his technology as a open source and donate/sponsored his project to come at a final device. The donates people where the first to get his Zero Point Energy device installed.

Eckart respont and open to help, but make the device first working and then come back to Ex'tent, it means, no funding! Eckart was study the patent and asked quistions, but suddenly he died on a natural death, God bless him.
His ASSET team from the Superbus very open to study and helpfully, also telephone/video connection with Eddie Sines to understand deeply his device and they become exited, but Wubo Ockels didn't even look at the patent and say "I have no time", it means, no help and funding!

FEY Foundation try-ed the Government for subsidize our project, "yes it can they say, but we must turn our foundation into a profit-company and they get many charities and also tells us what to do". FEY did thanks for that, we better stay FREE.
FEY Foundation launch website that year, special for Potomac Energy Projects to make funding. FEY did give presentations at different places in the Netherlands. Our experience is that people have most of the time, negative thinking and afraid to donate a few €,-Euro on our website. After a short year, Eddie Sines decided that more funding was needed to make progress, FEY is still following his fantastic work, but more business people are involved, it's not open source anymore! Potomac Energy Projects is still looking for finances.

We concluded that "to move more faster, it must be a device that is cheap, simple in building, every body can do service, but strong and effective."
FEY team decided to design and build a Zero Point Hydrogen Generator to generate a clean and safe fuel/gas and electric. Many prototypes has been build and tested.

FEY Foundation did give presentation & demonstrations day's on schools, students did bring the water, they filled it up on the fey prototype hydro-cell,we make HHO and we burned it. We believe in Hydrogen, a clean fuel, what is safe when you use it wisely, it can be made from solar-power as well. Using the theory of Hendrik Brugt Gerhard Casimir we are now able to make a lot of hydrogen with the help from zero point energy. The hydrogen-cell and the water temperature stays cool, the Watts are limited and we can control it on demand. With donated sponsors we invested in a engine 9 HP AIR-COOLED from VANGUARD.
To change the engine running on hydrogen it is hardly no difference at all - all it requires is a different carburettor or actually we do not need a carburettor at all!

The director of FEY has visit members of Mas Joko Suprapto team, Mas Joko is free but surrounded by president staff and other agents, his team can not move anywhere,they are depending on the Government. They say they want to help Mas Joko, but FEY doubt about it, i did read in thejakartapost that British companies develop biomass and wind power in Indonesia "UK eyes investment in renewable energy, power"
Pressure test and new electronica connected to the water-gas cell from FEY, when the pressure level is reached, the electronics will shot-down the water-gas cell from FEY smoothly in steps, when the pressure becomes low, the water-gas cell turns on immediately quick. (test very successfully and stable)
